Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for ER to provide safe, competent care to emergency patients in accordance with hospital policies. The role requires current BLS, an active Florida or Compact license, and prior acute care experience; ACLS/PALS may be required for specific units; mid-shift schedule and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License
• Prefer one year, full-time or 3 years, part-time experience in acute care setting.
• All Nursing Units require ACLS as of start date; Women's Center requires NRP; ICU/PCU requires NIH; ER requires PALS, CPI and NIH; PACU requires PALS within 90 days.
