Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Florida is seeking an ER Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, competent nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting, aligned with facility policies and the Patient Centered Care philosophy.

The role requires active Florida nursing licensure, BLS at hire, and ACLS/NRP/PALS as start dates depending on unit requirements, with a focus on teamwork, service excellence, and continuous professional development within the UHS network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current BLS at time of hire.
• Current Florida or Compact Nursing License
• Prefer one year, full-time or 3 years, part-time experience in acute care setting.
• All Nursing Units require ACLS; Women's Center requires NRP; ICU/PCU NIH within 90 days; ER requires PALS, CPI and NIH within 90 days; PACU requires PALS within 90 days.
