Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for the ER. This full-time position offers mid-shift hours and a chance to provide high-quality emergency care in a busy, patient-centered environment.

The RN will lead the healthcare team, promote service excellence, and maintain strong communication and computer skills while adhering to facility policies and standards. Ideal candidates have an active Florida license and BLS/ACLS, with experience in acute care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Prefer one year, full-time or 3 years, part-time experience in acute care setting.
• Additional certifications required at start date or intrafacility transfer: ACLS (all units except nursery); Womens Center: NRP as of start date; ICU/PCU: NIH; ER: PALS, CPI; PACU: PALS as of start date.
