CommonSpirit Health in Utah’s Lehi region seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. You will collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care.

You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care, document outcomes, and educate patients while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act in a mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma; endorsement may apply.
• RN license in the state of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient needs through observation, interviews, and records; intervene to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plans of care and observe outcomes.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain confidential patient charts and document status, interventions, and outcomes.
• Promote and advocate for patient health, safety, and rights.
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning readiness.
