Baptist Health is seeking an ER Regional Float Team RN for PRN night shifts. The role focuses on nursing processes across patient age groups, with responsibilities for coordinating direct and indirect care in the emergency departments in Kentucky under Baptist Health policies.
The position requires active RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS/PALS, NIHSS, and 2-3 years of ER experience, with BSN or Nursing Certification required unless grandfathered by policy. TNCC preferred.
ER Regional Float Team RN - PRN Nightshift

Status: PRN
A registered nurse implements the nursing process for each patient/resident (infancy to geriatrics depending on scope of care in the nursing department in which he/she works) assigned to his/her care. He/she is responsible for the co-ordination of direct and indirect care within the parameters of the Kentucky Nurse Practice Act and the policies and procedures of Baptist Health emergency departments. Responsibilities will commensurate with the education preparation and demonstrated competencies.
