Job summary

Baptist Health seeks a RN for the ER Float Team on a PRN night shift in Kentucky. The nurse will implement the nursing process for each patient in the emergency department, coordinating direct and indirect care per Kentucky statutes and Baptist Health policies.

Candidates must hold an active Kentucky RN license with BCLS, ACLS and PALS, and have 2–3 years ER experience. TNCC preferred and NIHSS is required.

Responsibilities

• A registered nurse implements the nursing process for each patient in the ED setting.
• Coordinate direct and indirect care within Baptist Health policies and Kentucky Nurse Practice Act.
• Responsibilities commensurate with education, preparation and demonstrated competencies.
