GEMD in Orlando, FL is seeking an ER Physician to provide rapid, high-quality emergency care across ages in a busy, on-site setting. You will perform typical ER procedures, interpret diagnostics, and develop concise treatment plans while maintaining patient flow and safety.

The role requires state MD or DO licensure, board certification in Emergency Medicine, DEA registration, ACLS, and at least five years of ER experience; credentialing and strict background checks are expected.

Formación

• Five or more years of recent ER experience.
• Active FL medical license and board certification in Emergency Medicine.
• Active DEA license and ACLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Treat patients of all ages with acute medical complaints in a fast-paced ER.
• Perform H&P, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Execute ER procedures (I&D, sutures, pelvic exams) and write prescriptions.
• Ensure timely follow-up within the facility or with specialists.
• Support mid-level providers and maintain door-to-provider times under 30 minutes.
• Adhere to organizational policies and participate in shift coverage across facilities.
