Job summary

Complete Care in Southlake, Texas is seeking a Full-Time ER Physician to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emergencies.

This role requires MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine, state license, ACLS/BLS/PALS, and 1–2 years ER experience. We offer competitive pay and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Current and valid state medical license.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of medical emergencies.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging) to guide treatment plans.
• Administer medications and perform procedures as needed in emergency situations.
• Provide clear, concise documentation of patient care in compliance with medical and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including specialists and primary care physicians, for ongoing patient care.
• Adhere to all medical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety guidelines.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and critical thinking in emergency situations.
