Job summary
Norman Regional Health System seeks a licensed pharmacist to participate in clinical and distributive pharmacy services, ensuring safe and cost-effective therapies for all patients and supporting departmental programs.
The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance, and a compensation package up to $81.87 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, retirement plans, free parking, and advancement
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent preferred.
- Hospital clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
- Participate in departmental targeted clinical programs as assigned.
- Process orders and dispense medications according to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to educational goals of the department.
- Enhance accuracy and efficiency of pharmacy processes to promote patient safety and outcomes.
