Norman Regional Health System seeks a licensed pharmacist to join its hospital-based pharmacy team. You will ensure safe, cost-effective therapies, participate in clinical programs, and support distributive services to optimize patient care across all ages.

Requirements include a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, Oklahoma licensure, and ASHP PGY1 residency preferred; preceptor license required upon hire; a sign-on bonus of $20,000 and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college.
• Experience: Preferred completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent, but not required.
• Preferred hospital-based clinical pharmacy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental targeted clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Administration of the ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies.
• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Contribute to the educational goals of the department.
• Enhance the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of pharmacy processes, to promote patient safety and improve outcomes.
