Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our hospital-based pharmacy team. You will participate in clinical and distributive services, process orders, dispense medications, and help ensure optimal patient outcomes through safe, cost-effective therapies.

Qualifications include a BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and licensure; PGY1 residency is preferred but not required. We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and competitive hourly pay with various shift

Qualifications

Education: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college.
Experience: PGY1 residency preferred but not required.
Licensed as a pharmacist in good standing and eligible for preceptor license.
Board-certification encouraged in related practice area.

Responsibilities

Ensures age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
Participates in departmental clinical programs; processes orders and dispenses per policies.
Manages accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies.
Contributes to educational goals of the department.
Improves pharmacy processes to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
