Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations: greet patients, collect demographics, obtain signatures for billing, and maintain logs.
• Financial Responsibilities: collect co-pays and balances, reconcile daily accounts.
• Facility cleanliness: maintain welcoming environment including restrooms.
• Communication: interact with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Professional Development: attend monthly staff meetings and engage in performance improvement.
• Other duties: assist management with additional tasks.
