Job summary

Green Bay ER & Hospital is seeking a Part-time Patient Services Representative for night shifts to ensure smooth check-in/out in the Emergency Center. The PAR role requires strong communication, organization, and confidentiality to support patient flow and facility standards.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting demographics, handling registrations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records in the EMR.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Patient Access Representative in hospital, ER, or clinic.
• Experience in medical registration, admitting, and scheduling in an ER setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests and direct to needed services.
• Collect demographic information and obtain signatures for billing accuracy.
• Handle payments and reconcile daily patient accounts.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in improvement activities.
