• Clerical and in-person professional customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Registers demographic and insurance information accurately and timely.
• Prepares and coordinates distribution of patient information to nursing units and departments.
• Ensures patients are pre-registered prior to service dates.
• Monitors scheduling programs for patient appointments.
