Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with one year in customer service, health care, or related field.
• In lieu of degree, 2 years' excellence in customer service/healthcare or payments.
• Must maneuver a workstation on wheels through patient rooms.
• Communicate professionally with patients and families in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Support throughput and patient experience for ER visits and admissions.
• Complete high-volume complex patient registrations in ER/Registration Services.
• Perform pre-arrival, pre-registrations and registrations in multiple systems for transfers.
• Ensure accuracy of patient demographics, admission source, and insurance data for billing.
