Job summary

Prominent-Career-Solutions,-LL in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the ER to lead daily operations, ensure safe patient care, manage staffing, and align with fiscal and strategic goals.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, an active RN license, BLS CPR, CPI certification, and leadership experience; the supervisor will develop staff, monitor quality, and coordinate with the director to promote a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing is required.
• Active RN license is required; multi-state license must align with state of residence or be obtainable within 30 days.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification is required within 7 days of hire.
• CPI certification is required or to be obtained during orientation.
• Other unit-specific certifications may be required within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Sets priorities at the start of each shift and delegates duties as needed.
• Educates staff by identifying educational needs and providing ongoing development.
• Monitors and improves patient care through a unit-based quality-monitoring program (PI monitors).
• Delegates shift duties, performs chart checks, logs, and room stocking/cleaning as required.
• Performs related duties to ensure safe operation of the department.
