Job summary

Tenet Healthcare seeks an RN Supervisor for a new Freestanding Emergency Department opening in Indian Land, South Carolina. You will lead clinical and non-clinical staff to deliver 24/7 emergency care in a modern, patient-centered environment.

The role requires an Associate degree in Nursing, a multi-state RN license or state license, and BLS CPR (CPI as applicable). Prior acute care leadership experience is preferred as we establish workflows and best practices for a rapidly growing community.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license (permanent multi-state) in state of residence or a multi-state license.
• BLS CPR certification required (within 7 days of hire). CPI certification as applicable.
• Additional certifications depend on unit and orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the freestanding ER department and patient care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and fiscal responsibilities with the director.
• Lead unit-based quality monitoring and PI activities; implement improvements.
