Job summary

Tenet South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) ED - Emergency Department Supervisor in Rock Hill, South Carolina to oversee daily operations of the emergency department and ensure safe patient care. The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with the Director to manage staffing, budgets, PI monitoring, and adherence to department policies.

Requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, and a Multi-State RN license with BLS CPR; CPI certification is preferred and must be obtained within

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing is required.
• BLS CPR certification required within 7 days of hire.
• CPI certification and ongoing unit-specific certifications may be required within orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation of the ED and patient care delivery.
• Manage staffing, assignments, and shift coordination.
• Lead unit-based quality monitoring and PI activities, reports, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and promote a safe environment for staff and patients.
