Wheeler Staffing Partners seeks an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a fast-paced 24-hour ED in Rock Hill, SC. The role provides emergency nursing care to patients of all ages, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The position offers 3x12-hour shifts (days and nights), direct hire, full-time employment, and a compensation range of $35.00–$49.18 per hour plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Overtime and shift differential are available.

Position Overview

This role provides emergency nursing care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN license required; Multi‑State RN License required for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) residents or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Certifications (Required): Active BLS at hire; ACLS during orientation; PALS during orientation.
• Certifications (Preferred): ENPC, TNCC, CEN.
• Experience: Monitor experience or EKG course completion required; Emergency Department, Critical Care, or Acute Care experience preferred.
