Job summary

Renown-Health's Regional Emergency Room seeks a Supervisor of Clinical Nursing to direct and coordinate patient care across shifts, reporting to the Manager or Director. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing and improving outcomes through collaboration with the Shared Governance Council.

The Nurse Supervisor acts as a role model and coach, supports staff development, and ensures compliance with ethics and standards.

Qualifications

• Must have working-level knowledge of English (reading/writing/speaking).
• BSN or related Bachelor's degree preferred, or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate delivery of patient care and unit operations.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
• Serve as role model, resource, and coach to nursing staff.
• Engage staff to provide evidence-based practice and maintain standards of care and quality outcomes.
• Adjust hours to be a resource across all shifts.
