Renown Health seeks a Nurse Supervisor to direct the nursing unit, coordinate patient care, and support staff across shifts. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, quality outcomes, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Formación

• BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred, or pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree upon hire.
• Two years experience as a Staff RN preferred.
• State of Nevada RN license required; AHA BLS certification required at time of hire; RNFA/POCA qualifications may be required within specified timeframes.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate the delivery of patient care on the nursing unit.
• Act as a role model, resource, and coach to nursing staff to support professional development and standards of care.
• Lead collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adjust hours as needed to serve as a resource across shifts and promote a high-performance work environment.
