Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• MSN or related field preferred.
• Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact (required).
• Leadership experience in nursing or healthcare—preferred for management roles.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily operational oversight, management, and clinical support to the health care team.
• Serves as a professional role model, mentor, and clinical resource.
• Responsible for meeting productivity targets for assigned department.
• Implements strategic initiatives and supports the mission of the organization.
• BSMH nurses are expected to practice and deliver care in accordance with the core concepts and intention of the BSMH Nursing Professional Practice Model.
