Job summary

Mercy Health – Emergency Department at St. Anne Hospital seeks a Manager Nursing to oversee 24-hour administrative and operational activities in the assigned ED areas.

You will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, drive KPI achievements, and foster a culture of excellence while modeling Mercy Health values. The role requires a BSN, RN licensure, and leadership experience; MSN/Health Admin credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Nursing (required).
• Masters in Nursing or Health Administration preferred.
• RN license in state or compact, BLS preferred, various unit certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and clinical support for the health care team.
• Mentor staff and ensure adherence to safety and high reliability principles.
• Meet productivity targets and implement strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
