The ideal candidate holds a BSN with an advanced degree preferred, has five+ years of progressive management in nursing, and is licensed to practice in Texas.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive nursing management experience including staff supervision.
• Experience with budget preparation and resolving operational issues.
• Experience in physician relationship management and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of quality improvement and efficient patient care processes.
• ED experience required.
