Requirements include a Specialized Diploma in Nursing, an active RN license in PA, BLS certification, and excellent communication and teaching skills.

Qualifikationen

• Specialized Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and how to engage patients and families in care planning.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teaching skills to educate patients and families.
• Ability to delegate appropriately within a healthcare team.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and clinical judgment.
• Ability to document health information accurately in written or electronic form.
• BLS certification per AHA standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient- and family-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
