Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients.
• Develops individualized care plans with patients and designated care partners.
• Integrates evidence-based practice and clinical expertise in care delivery.
• Provides education to patients and families in an understandable, affirming manner.
• Participates in safety, quality improvement, and committee activities.
