Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with patients and families in care planning.
• Cultural awareness and effective communication in diverse settings.
• Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA).
• BLS from American Heart Association (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with patients and families in education and care plan development, ensuring safe, effective care.
