HCA Florida Lake City Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

You will educate patients and families about conditions, plans, medications, and follow-up while documenting care in the patient record and advocating for optimal outcomes. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.
• PALS within 30 days of start date.
• RN - Registered Nurse.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Documents care in patient records in a timely, thorough manner.
• Educates patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up.
• Advocates for patients and supports a positive patient experience and outcomes.
