Mercy South Emergency Department is hiring a registered nurse to assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating patient care across designated areas. The role includes serving as a clinical resource, and performing staff nurse duties as needed while stepping into managerial tasks delegated by a manager.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN license in Missouri or compact state, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of patient-care

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or successful completion within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years' experience in patient care is required.
• Supervisor experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
