Mercy South Emergency Department in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Registered Nurse to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of patient care.

You will serve as a clinical resource and, when needed, act as staff nurse and take on delegated managerial duties to align with Mercy Service Standards. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and at least 2 years of patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years' experience in patient care is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as staff nurse and assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
