Piedmont Medical Network - Rock Hill Hospital is opening a brand-new Free‑Standing Emergency Department in Indian Land, South Carolina, and seeks an RN Supervisor to lead the clinical team and ensure safe, high‑quality emergency care 24/7. You will help establish workflows, coach staff, and shape patient experience in a modern ED environment.

• Associates degree in Nursing.
• Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state of residence.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR; CPI certification within 7 days of hire.
• Other unit-specific certifications may be required within orientation period.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates flexibility in responding to emergencies and staffing changes.
• Sets priorities and delegates tasks at the start of each shift.
• Supports education and professional development of nursing staff.
• Monitors and improves patient care through PI monitors and reports.
• Delegates shift duties, maintains room readiness, and ensures supplies are current.
