Job summary

Lovelace Health System in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a night shift, full-time Emergency Room Registered Nurse. You will deliver patient care in a fast-paced ER, support a collaborative team, and may serve as Charge Nurse as needed.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing, NM nursing licensure (or NM compact, within 90 days), and BLS within 14 days. ACLS and/or PALS may be required. Eligible sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance may apply.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIR ACLS and or PALS.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing, to include patient care and staff management assigned to the RN in his/her charge.
• May serve in the role of Charge Nurse and is accountable for professional practice.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
