Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN for our 26-bed Emergency Department. This full-time role runs 9:00am–9:30pm with a 36-hour week and a strong emphasis on compassionate, high‑quality patient care.

A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered, along with comprehensive day-one benefits and weekend differentials. Required are an active RN license (or compact), ACLS and BLS certifications, and unit-specific credentials.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license)
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Unit-specific certifications required or within 30 days of start

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for ED patients.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams and departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality and uphold Mercy Service Standards.
• Deliver care with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality in a 26-bed, 24/7 Emergency Department.
