Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a dedicated RN for the Emergency Department. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with a 2:00pm–2:30am shift, in a 26-bed ED serving the community 24/7. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for experienced nurses, plus comprehensive benefits and support.

Qualifications include current RN license, ACLS/BLS, and staying within 45 minutes of the hospital. Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license).
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or within 30 days.
• Certifications relevant to Emergency Department practice.
• Must Live within 45 mins of Mercy Hospital Washington.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintains accountability for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinates care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality and performs duties aligned with Mercy mission and standards.
