Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department. This 26-bed ED operates 24/7 with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, supported by care techs and paramedics. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for experienced nurses and a comprehensive benefits package starting Day One.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license).
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), plus unit-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 26-bed Emergency Department serving the community 24/7.
• Collaborate with patient care techs, paramedics, and support staff to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 and adhere to Mercy Service Standards.
