Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking an energetic Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN. This Level 3 Trauma Center sees a diverse patient population across all ages.

Schedule is 48 hours per pay period, with 8-hour day shifts and every other weekend; position involves assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care in a dynamic ED setting.

Qualifications

• MN RN Licensure is required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• ACLS for Healthcare Providers required by end of orientation.
• ENPC certification and TNCC within 1 year of hire.
• 1 year RN ED/PCU/Telemetry nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care.
• Deliver interventions and coordinate care with the health team.
• Educate patients and families and document care plans.
• Support in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Skills
