Job summary

HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM night shift in a 12-hour schedule with a 40-hour week. You will provide direct patient care, use SBAR for communication, and collaborate with the care team to meet unit goals.

The new rate includes a $9,000 signing bonus and opportunities for professional development within UMass Memorial Health Care. Experience in a fast-paced hospital setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a recognized school of Nursing.
• Massachusetts RN License required; BSN preferred.
• 2-3 years of Nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Nurse planning, delivery and management of direct patient care.
• Maintain patient assignments per unit guidelines and standards of practice.
• Document assessment, plan of care and response to intervention in patient records.
