Job summary

Danbury Hospital in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. You will provide professional care to a group of patients during a designated shift, collaborating with the health care team to deliver nursing care.

CT RN license and BLS are required; minimum 6 months ED RN experience. This full-time Eve/Night position offers 36 hours with weekend rotation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CT RN license required.
• BLS required.
• Minimum of 6 months ED RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessments in an ongoing and systematic manner.
• Formulates a goal directed plan of care which is prioritized based on nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.
• Implements care in a knowledgeable, skillful and continuous manner.
• Establishes priorities of patient care based on essential needs and resources.
