Ascension’s St. Vincent Fishers Hospital in Fishers, IN, seeks an experienced RN for the Emergency Department on the night shift, full time. You will deliver high-acuity nursing care in a fast-paced environment and coordinate care from arrival through stabilization.

Qualifications

• BLS within 1 month of hire/transfer date required (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).
• RN credentialed from Indiana Board of Nursing prior to hire date or transfer date required.
• One or more of the following required: ACLS within 6 months or PALS prior to hire date or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity nursing care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring life-saving interventions and compassionate support.
• Coordinate the multidisciplinary care team to provide a seamless experience from arrival through stabilization.
• Monitor and communicate real-time changes in patient conditions to drive clinical decision-making.
• Lead discharge and transition processes to ensure patients and families are prepared for the next step in recovery.
