Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date.
• RN license from Indiana Board of Nursing before hire date.
• 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required.
• Cardiac/Telemetry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and leadership support to ensure population-appropriate patient care.
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching, education and performance feedback.
• Resolve patient care concerns using facility channels and advocate for patient needs.
• Contribute to hiring, training and performance evaluations to maintain skilled staffing.
