Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and monitoring of urgent care plans to ensure immediate, life-saving patient interventions
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication in emergency care
• Execute clinical orders with precision to maintain safety and treatment accuracy
• Advocate for patient safety by managing complex discharge plans and transitions to next level of care
