Job summary

TriStar Centennial Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an Emergency Room Nurse Manager to lead a busy ED team and uphold high-quality, patient-centered care. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and clinical practice, drive safety initiatives, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to improve outcomes.

Registered nurses with leadership experience, TN licensure, and current ACLS/BLS/PALS credentials are encouraged to apply; our center emphasizes innovation

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
Current RN license in TN or compact state.
1–3 years of related clinical/leadership experience.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; TNCC/ENPC preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead staffing and personnel management for the ER.
Ensure adherence to policies and quality outcomes.
Coordinate unit activities and safety procedures.
Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient care.
Handle patient, visitor, or physician concerns professionally.
