Job summary

EvergreenHealth is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to join a well-established ED team in Kirkland, WA. You will provide direct, high-quality nursing care consistent with standards and policies.

The role requires a two-year ER RN background, valid WA RN license, and current BLS/ACLS; PALS/TNCC as required. Relocation assistance may be available and additional pay for BSN/MSN/CEN credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or ADN) is required.
• Minimum of two years current RN Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Current WA State Registered Nurse License; BLS ACLS required by start date; PALS and TNCC as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and serves as a patient advocate.
• Assesses nursing needs of assigned patients and plans care accordingly.
• Coordinates patient/family education throughout care.
• Implements and evaluates care while involving patient and family.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team on care plans.
• Communicates patient information and safety concerns to supervisors and physicians.
