Job summary

Emerus Emergency Department nurses provide age-appropriate care in a fast-paced ER setting. The part-time shift runs 7AM–7PM, with a commitment to patient safety, documentation accuracy, and teamwork in a small-format hospital.

Requirements include an Associate's degree (BSN preferred), active RN licensure in Pennsylvania, 2+ years ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS; ENPC can substitute for PALS, TNCC is preferred. English fluency and state clearances apply.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, required.
• 2+ years full-time RN ER experience or equivalent.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; ENPC may substitute for PALS; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific and developmentally appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Document medical records accurately and legibly.
• Observe and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient status.
• Follow physician orders and coordinate with the care team.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Prepare equipment and assist with procedures as needed.
