Qualifikationen

• Minimum: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program by date of hire.
• Two years of Critical Care experience.
• Two years of Emergency Department experience (preferred).
• American Heart Association Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC.
• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Indiana by hire date.

• Triages patients in the Emergency Department based on severity.
• Assesses patient condition with vital signs, charting, and meds reconciliation.
• Administers medications and assists with procedures as prescribed.
• Monitors patient status and communicates changes to care team.
• Collaborates with care team for discharge or admission processes.
• Charts patient history, condition, meds, and treatments in EMR.
• Discharges patients with instructions and ensures understanding and transportation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
