Job summary

Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center in Colorado is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our fast-paced ED team. You will assess patients, stabilize emergencies such as strokes or heart attacks, and triage by urgency.

The role requires ACLS/PALS and TNCC certifications along with an active Colorado RN license. We offer a competitive hourly rate with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• TNCC required within six months of hire.
• Active Colorado RN license.
• Three years of RN experience required; ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the emergency room and other critical care settings; assess conditions and stabilize life-threatening emergencies.
• Administer medications as directed by physicians; start IVs, manage airway procedures as needed, and assist with sutures.
• Create and maintain patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the emergency department team to deliver fast, compassionate care.
