Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in state of employment.
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NIHSS, TNCC certifications.
• Associates degree or higher in nursing and licensure aligned with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes.
• Document status, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Promote patient health and safety through the nursing process and collaboration.
