Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks a Registered Nurse to partner with clinicians in Frisco, Colorado, providing compassionate, high-quality care across physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will work with the healthcare team to promote optimal patient health and safety through the nursing process.

You will adhere to standards and the State Nurse Practice Act, while delivering relationship-based care in a mission-driven environment that supports patient and family well-being.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of employment
• BLS American Heart Association
• ACLS American Heart Association
• PALS American Heart Association
• ENPC American Heart Association
• NIHSS American Heart Association
• TNCC American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual domains.
• Develop and implement care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform and document nursing interventions (IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, specimens).
• Maintain patient charts accurately and securely using IT tools.
• Promote patient safety and health rights; advocate for patients and families.
• Educate patients and families based on learning needs and evaluate outcomes.
