Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and coordinate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and integrity in daily practice.
• May administer medications and therapies as per protocol.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and support age-specific care.
