Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our 18-bed Emergency Department in Marinette, WI. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care to patients across the lifespan, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will perform nursing assessments, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives. Weekend and holiday rotations are required, with primary hours 8a-8p.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• ACLS and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
